This website is operated by Aaron Whalen, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Bodywork Therapist. I offer therapeutic sessions focused on bodywork, trauma resolution and nervous system regulation.

I retain client records for 7 years following the end of our work together, as per professional and insurance requirements, after which they will be securely deleted or shredded.
